When Less is More… Milk Addition

In my opinion, there is absolutely NO comparison when it comes to milk vs the fake (imposters) milks. In fact, the nut, soy and oat milks should not even be compared to REAL milk, it's like comparing a tiger 🐅 to a stuffed chipmunk🐿. They are not even in the same category.

Yet, here we are...

"Science" has found a way to make a milk-looking product, out of plants, with a few added chemicals, preservatives, and synthetic nutrients. Then food "manufacturers" slap a label on them with convincing wording like, "low calorie", "low sugar", "low saturated fat", "cholesterol lowering", and/or "Vegan".

And what do you get?--a HIGHLY processed, cheaply made, highly profitable, FAKE food product with absolutely NO long term data showing ANY type of health benefits.

Let Me Repeat. There are ZERO long term studies showing drinking FAKE milk will create a longer life. There are ZERO long living cultures in the world that are thriving on FAKE milks. ZERO!

What we do KNOW is many of the ingredients in these man-made products can create GI issues (gums, carrageenan). Others can inhibit protein digestion and affect cellular respiration (rape seed oil, DHA oil). And even others are estrogenic (soybeans).

On the other hand, research has shown that individuals consuming a diet high in milk have improved bone density, body mass, blood pressure, metabolic markers and less disease.

This may be due to the HIGH nutritional value of milk. Milk contains a balanced ratio of fats, carbs and proteins. Milk also contains calcium, magnesium, potassium, selenium, iron, Vitamins A, B2, B12, K and D. This makes milk a great food to help regulate blood sugar, maintain energy, support muscle recovery and provide the body with the needed nutrients to help repair, live and grow.

One of the best things about REAL milk, it has no added crap. YET, I will say, even milk (cow, sheep, goat, buffalo) that DOES contain added nutrients, is still a MUCH better food than the man-made FAKE milks.

My personal favorites are Straus, Kalona and Raw Farm milk. Of course, a local dairy or your own cow, goat or sheep will also do...
